Product Overview
The Off-Loom Large Take-Up System is an independent fabric winding unit designed to be installed outside the loom. It is specifically engineered for heavy-weight fabrics (such as denim, industrial textiles, canvas, and tire cord fabrics) and materials requiring ultra-long continuous lengths. By relocating the winding mechanism externally, it breaks the space limitations of internal loom take-ups. Theoretically, the winding length is only limited by the warp beam capacity, achieving a maximum roll diameter of up to 1500mm .

Applications

Compatible Looms: Perfectly integrates with various shuttleless looms (Rapier, Airjet, Waterjet, Projectile) and traditional shuttle looms, including brands like Picanol, Tsudakoma, Toyota, and major domestic models.

Suitable Fabrics: Denim, canvas, industrial filter cloth, geotextiles, fiberglass, terry toweling, and high-grade apparel fabrics .

1.Precision Tension Control: Utilizes dedicated servo motors or frequency conversion control systems to replace traditional mechanical friction discs. Equipped with displacement-type tension sensors for real-time closed-loop control, ensuring constant tension or taper tension from core to full roll. This prevents fabric slippage, wrinkling, or deformation.

2.Jumbo-Sized Winding Capacity: Significantly reduces downtime for doffing and transportation. Compared to traditional on-loom winding (typically limited to ~300 meters), this system easily achieves 1000+ meters of non-stop winding, improving post-weaving efficiency and meeting export order requirements for long rolls.

3.User-Friendly Design:

Synchronized Operation: Winding speed automatically synchronizes with the main loom speed, providing stepless speed adjustment and smooth starts.

Neat Edges: An optional photoelectric edge-guiding system ensures straight edges with a telescoping tolerance of ≤5mm.

Easy Handling: Features include weaver platforms and emergency stops, allowing for easy cloth doffing without hindering the operator"s normal patrol.

Robust Structure: Employs a double take-up roller friction drive or pressure roller design to prevent slipping during the initial winding stage, ensuring tight and solid rolls. The structure is compact, durable, and requires low maintenance.

The cloth rolling speed is automatically controlled synchronously with the loom speed, easy to operate,reduce process flow and reduce costs
